Refund policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! If you change your mind, the return request must be completed online within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
The products must be returned in the same condition as when you received them, i.e., in perfect condition, unused, and with all labels and tags still attached to the product. Therefore, we encourage you not to remove the labels, as returns will not be accepted without them.
Please send us an email at info@loveborns.com or contact us via our LiveChat, indicating the items you wish to return along with your order number. This will help our logistics department quickly locate your order.
If you choose the option: a) Easy Return, you will receive a second email with our return label, to be placed on the package, along with instructions on how to book the courier for pickup. b) Standard Return, within 1-2 business days, you will receive a confirmation email with authorization from our Customer Care and the warehouse address to return the goods. You may choose the courier to handle the return shipment.
FOR ITALY AND EUROPE: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you use our shipping label (Easy Return), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The cost will be the same as the shipping fee you paid for the order.

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Office will carry out the necessary checks. If the return is accepted, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the processing of your refund.
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, using the same payment method used to confirm the order.
Please note that the processing time for a refund depends on the procedures of your financial institution.
Return for Defective or Incorrect Product
