Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose your favorite products by selecting color and size, then add them to your cart. Check your cart to make sure you have only entered the items you want to purchase. You can still change the quantities, remove or add items if necessary. Proceed to checkout or view your cart; you can access your reserved area if you are registered, or continue as a guest. Fill in the form with your delivery address and payment method. If you have a promotional code, you can add it now in the appropriate field, both in the cart and at checkout. Before confirming the payment, remember to select the box to request an invoice and enter all the necessary data. Confirm your order: if it has been registered correctly, a confirmation message will appear with the order number. You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided; if you do not find it, check your spam folder. Once your order has been confirmed, you can check it in your Reserved Area.

Can I change my order? Can I add/remove an item?

It is not possible to change an order once it has been placed. However, you can cancel the entire order while it is still in progress. To check if it is possible to cancel your order, contact our customer service.

What can I do if an item is out of stock?

If the product you are interested in is out of stock, we recommend that you leave your email address in the product sheet box. This way, you will be notified by email as soon as the product becomes available again. Alternatively, consult our LiveChat section to check the restocking times.

Where do I enter the promotional code?

To use your promotional code, add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will find a special field where you can enter the code. Remember that the promotional code field is not mandatory

Can I enter multiple promo codes?

No, you can only enter one promotional code per order.

Why is my promo code not working?

Make sure you typed the code correctly, without spaces. Remember that promotional codes may not be cumulative with other online promotions and therefore not applicable at checkout. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.

Is it possible to add a promo code after finalizing an order?

You cannot add a promo code after your order has been finalized. If your order is still in progress, you can cancel it and create a new one. To check if you can still cancel your order, contact our customer service.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order only if our logistics has not yet taken charge of it. To check if it is still possible to cancel your order, contact our customer service.

Payment

You can choose between the following payment methods:

CREDIT CARD
Select the card type and enter the full credit or prepaid card number (without spaces), the expiration date, the security code (CVV/CVC) on the back of the card and the name of the cardholder. The cards accepted are Visa, Visa Electron, CartaSi, PostePay, Mastercard and American Express. The order amount will be blocked on the card and charged only at the time of invoicing. In the event of total or partial cancellation, the blocked amount will be automatically released. The unlocking times may vary depending on the issuing credit institution.

PAYPAL
Log in to your PayPal account to proceed with the payment and confirm the shipping address. The amount will be charged to the credit card linked to the PayPal account or directly to the account balance.

BANK TRANSFER
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive the bank details for the payment together with the order confirmation. The shipment will take place only after the actual receipt of the payment in the bank.
