Shipping Times and Costs
Product shipping is carried out via a courier selected by Loveborns, for which a tracking service is available.
Any shipping costs are indicated at checkout, at the time of order finalization. Orders are processed by our logistics within 1-2 business days from the date they are received in our system.
During sale periods, Black Friday, or holiday seasons, shipping may take longer.
We recommend that you always choose an address where someone can receive the package. If you prefer to have your order delivered to your office or a reception desk, please also provide the name of the contact person. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve the package or will attempt to deliver it two more times.
Please consider that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or access issues to the provided address may affect delivery timing.
We always recommend monitoring the status of your shipment with the tracking code provided via email when the package is shipped. You can check the order status at any time.
Please note that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages being delivered matches the quantity stated on the delivery document;
- That the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping);
- Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages or details must be immediately noted on the delivery document to be returned to the courier;
- Any issues concerning the physical integrity, conformity, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 14 days of delivery, following the procedures outlined in this document.
What should I do if my package is damaged or items are missing?
We want you to receive your package intact with all the purchased items. If this does not happen, we ask that you assist us by sending photos of the damaged package to our Customer Care at info@loveborns.com.
If items are missing, immediately contact our Customer Care at info@loveborns.com, briefly specifying which items are missing and sending photos of the received package, which are necessary for proper verification.
What should I do if I haven't received my package?
Our couriers do their best to ensure that you receive your order on time and, most importantly, intact. Despite this attention, we cannot exclude exceptions. If the tracking number indicates a problem with the delivery of your package related to the shipping address, you can contact the courier directly for more information. If the courier needs our intervention (as the sender), please contact our Customer Care within 14 days of the shipment.
DUTIES
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any import customs duties will be borne by Loveborns.
